Is Sweatcoin a Scam or is it Legit? - SweatCoinBlog Review

Is Sweatcoin Legit or a Scam?

Well, good news for all of our readers & aspiring Sweatcoiners. Sweatcoin is not a scam.

You will indeed get paid simply for walking or jogging around. Which, let’s admit it, is a cool way for you to make some side money.

However, you shouldn’t have too many expectations out of this app at the moment. You will make money after a while but it’s more of a long-term money-making way. Read below to find out more.

How much money can someone make with Sweatcoin?

How much money you can make with Sweatcoin depends on how active you are on a daily basis.

Now, I don’t know if you are the next Usain Bolt or if you are too bored to get off your couch or gaming chair (I’m talking to you gamers). So, I can’t tell you exactly how much someone can make, because it depends on how many steps you make everyday.

In 6 Months, I Made About 1,645 Sweatcoins.

Look, I’m in no way an athlete or a fitness enthusiast that loves spending his free-time at the local gym or looking at the mirror. But, I try to make 10,000 steps daily and a minimum of 5,000. After the first day, I activated the Berserker plan which lets me generate 20 Sweatcoins daily max.

Since the beginning of the year, I’ve actually averaged about 9,800 steps a day. And at the time of writing this app I have earned exactly 1,645.21 Sweatcoins.

So how much are my 1,645.21 Sweatcoins really worth?

Well, let’s do some quick math and figure out how much they are worth. There are two ways to convert Sweatcoins into PayPal wallet balance (or Wire Bank Transfer, if you prefer that), and each of these ways have different values for my Sweatcoins. I could either invite friends (to see how many exactly and get more info on the Influencer Marketplace click here) or claim one of the occasional offers that appear and trade them in. First option, would require me to get my friends & family to download the app, so that’s a no-no from me. But the 2nd option, would get me about 52$. Which is not much but hey, I’m not doing anything that doesn’t benefit me for them. So I will gladly take any offers for free money.

Exchanging it after Blockchain launches

Another option would be, if I waited for Blockchain to launch and stack up all of my Sweatcoins and wait for its market value to grow for each Sweatcoin. Then, I will just sell small or large portions of my Sweatcoins on exchange platforms or traders that I know.

So if I’m planing on waiting a few years to cash out my Sweatcoins — or just become a lot more active than I am today — you could say that I would make a lot of money, simply by not being lazy.

Is Sweatcoin Worth It?

Yes, for me personally, Sweatcoin is certainly worth it. I am getting paid to do something — walking — that I would do anyway. And, it also helps me be more healthy, by giving me a reason to WANT to walk instead of taking a quick car ride somewhere. Which indirectly, doesn’t just pay me, but it also saves me money that I would spend on tickets for bus or gas money.
